Henry Camara wins IPS Conservation Education Award
Nimba chimpanzee project team lead wins conservation award
We are extremely proud of Henry Camara, Nimba Chimpanzee Project research team lead, for winning the Charles Southwick Conservation Education Commitment Award of the International Primatological Society (IPS). The award recognises Henry’s exceptional dedication to conservation and education in Bossou and villages surrounding the Nimba Mountains in Guinea. Henry has been involved in awareness raising sessions in schools since 2004 and is instrumental in communicating chimpanzee conservation issues to local stakeholders.
